These Terms of Use govern your use of View Stuff, provided by Ahmet Burhan Kayalı ("we", "us", or "our"). By using View Stuff, you agree to these terms.
Use of View Stuff
View Stuff is a file-viewing utility intended to provide lightweight previews of supported files. It does not guarantee full compatibility, perfect rendering, or preservation of every layout, font, animation, formula, or file feature.
You are responsible for the files and content you choose to open and for ensuring that your use of them is lawful and does not violate third-party rights.
You may not misuse View Stuff, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Your Files
You retain all rights to your files. View Stuff does not claim ownership of them. Files are processed locally on your device as described in the Privacy Policy.
External Apps and Services
View Stuff may allow you to open files or links in other apps or services. We are not responsible for third-party apps, services, content, availability, or privacy practices.
Purchases
Any purchase, payment, refund, or store-related entitlement is also subject to the rules and terms of the app store through which you obtained View Stuff.
Disclaimer
View Stuff is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every file or purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on View Stuff.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes and Termination
We may update View Stuff or these terms from time to time. You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app where permitted by law.
